If you find yourself in southern Spain, and you have easy transportation and are wondering where to eat, GO TO CALIFA! (https://www.califavejer.com/es/restaurantes-y-bares/el-jardin-del-califa/el-restaurante)
We ate down in “La Pérgola” and it was the most beautiful, romantic, delicious, dreamy, warm, wonderful, (insert every other nice adjective here) restaurant. The prices are relatively inexpensive (about 20-25€ a plate). After our day in Sevilla, we took the train back to Jerez and went to dinner all together. Again, I can’t explain how wonderful of an experience it was. After dinner we strolled through the streets a bit then headed back.

I loved the stone wall and the tealights in the little alcoves.

Beautiful mosaic

Pretty bathroom decor

This is again a horrible picture quality, but this view is ingrained in my mind, and I still think of it often. Very inspiring and beautiful to me. Wish I could have captured it better.

Lots of little twists and turns to get to the room

Another dining area, this setting was so romantic and whimsical.

Beautiful little street, I loved all the plants.

Plaza de Espana
“Beautiful Little Street” depicts my perfect vision of Europe.
I’m seeing many more details then before, the polish of the stone floor, the flowers planted in buckets hanging from brackets on the wall. Lovely!
